PIRATES ATTACK VESSEL, ABDUCT FOUR CREW MEMBERS

Armed pirates on Monday attacked a ship near Bayelsa State and abducted four crew members before releasing the vessel, the International Maritime Bureau said on Monday.
The bureau said on its website that the attack took place 40 nautical miles from the coastline of Bayelsa State.
The IMB said the “pirates armed with guns attacked, boarded an offshore supply vessel underway and kidnapped four crew members.
“No injuries to crew members and vessel continued passage to a safe port.”
